The Difference Between Positive and Negative Energy

High quality energy is smooth flowing, rhythmic, and balanced. I call this “positive” energy because it is revitalizing, and there is a good balance of give and take. A home with positive energy flowing through it will feel healthier, which means the house is sturdier, needs fewer repairs, feels warm and welcoming, and is easy to enjoy and relax in. In a positive environment, everything in it respects and supports each other. It is creative energy.

Low quality energy is chaotic, either too fast or too slow or with pools of both. It is depleting. Environments like this tend to either have a lot of conflict in them or very little communication at all, resources are hard to come by and/or get used up quickly, home repairs are frequently needed but often neglected, and relationships are about taking with very little giving. This energy is “negative” because things struggle to survive. Relationships compete for the available resources instead of working together with common values towards a shared goal. It is destructive energy.
